1. AMPLITUDE, KEROBOKAN
Amplitude is an incredible place for surfskate!
There are so many different sections and it’s so big it covers 3 floors too.
There’s an awesome little bowl perfect for surfskate and lots of ramps too. There’s a newly renovated area (which opened in June 2024) full of bowls for beginners to advanced riders, so if you want to practice riding bowls and gain lots of speed…you’ll love it here.
It can get busy (and hot!) though so I like to go super early (8am) or in the evenings too.
The small surfskate bowl is a perfect place to practice all your surfing maneuvers, like cut-backs, snaps, and re-entries. We filmed a lot of the content for the Mako Manoeuvre course here
Address: Jalan Raya Semer, Gang Nata kav 0-5, Kerobokan, Kerobokan Kelod, Kuta Utara, Kerobokan Kelod, Kec. Kuta Utara, Kabupaten Badung, Bali 80361
📍 Location
Open: Daily 8:00 – 22:00
2. Kuta Beach
If you want to surfskate with beautiful beach views, then head to Kuta Beach Skatepark. It’s free for anyone to use, but make sure you get there early because it can get really hot and busy too.
It’s divided in 2 areas, one bowl which is super fun to ride with a surfskate. It has a deep and shallow bottom where you can go around until your legs can’t handle it anymore.
There’s also the area that’s more tailored to regular skateboarders with more vertical ramps, although it’s also a great spot to practice your re-entry!
(Wanna learn how to perform re-entries? Then check out our Manoeuvre online course here, most of this footage was shot in Kuta Skatepark!)
