2. Online Courses

Access

After successful payment, you will receive access to your purchased online course(s) through your account on this website.

License of Use

Course access is for personal, non-transferable use only.
You may not share your login, copy course materials, or redistribute any content.

3. Refund Policy

A. Online Courses – 30-Day 100% Happiness Guarantee

Refunds apply only to online courses.

You may request a full refund if:

  • The request is made within 30 days of purchase

  • You have genuinely used the course

  • You can explain why it did not meet your expectations

Refunds do not apply to:

  • Surfskate boards

  • 1:1 coaching

  • Offline purchases

Results are not guaranteed — progress depends on the student’s own practice and effort.

B. Surfskate Boards (Offline Sales Only)

Boards are not sold directly through this website. Sales are handled in Indonesia via WhatsApp or in-person.

Refunds may be considered under conditions similar to established brands (Yow, Carver, Smoothstar):

Eligible for refund only if:

  • The board is unused

  • In brand-new condition

  • No marks, scratches, or signs of wear

  • Returned with full original packaging

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

  • Used boards

  • Custom boards

  • Boards damaged after purchase

All board refund requests are handled manually and offline.

C. 1:1 Coaching Sessions

Refunds are not available for 1:1 coaching sessions.
Rescheduling may be possible with prior notice.

4. Payments

Payments for online course purchases are processed securely through:

Through Stripe, customers may be able to pay using:

  • Credit cards

  • Debit cards

  • Apple Pay

  • Google Pay

  • Other regionally supported digital wallets
